Trada is an online tradeshow where brick and mortar retailers can purchase unique wholesale merchandise from brands across Australia
Once signed up, you can browse through our vast collection of brands and products to find something that fits your store. Our team also regularly curates collections such as Australian Made, Eco Friendly and Handmade. Use our helpful filters to further narrow down your choices by minimum order amount and lead time.
Once you find a brand, look through their products, read their story and view their social media. If you click on any product, you can see the wholesale price, the recommended retail price and rich product information. Start adding the products you like to your cart. It works just like any online shop.
Since we sell items at a wholesale price, each brand sets a minimum order amount you need to hit, to place an order with them. You can visit your cart to see how much below the minimum you are and continue shopping. Once you hit the minimum, you can see the shipping cost and checkout that order. You can also checkout multiple brands together.
Once you click checkout you will be asked for your shipping address and payment card information. Don't worry your card will only be charged once the brand has accepted the order. Once you have completed the checkout and placed your orders, you will receive an email informing you that the orders are pending acceptance from the brands.
Once you place an order, the seller brand receives an email with your order details. If they choose to accept it, your card will be charged and you will receive another email stating that your order is confirmed and is being prepared for shipment. This email will also provide the shipping date and link you to the order invoice.
Once the brand has shipped the order, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment. Our brands choose the most reliable shipping method to send it directly to your store. Once the items are on the road, we release the payment to the brand. Our support team is always available if you have any issues.
